We will ship Worldwide. All items mailed within Canada are sent by Regular Mail Insured. ALL PRICES INCLUDE HST.

Payment may be made by: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express or by personal cheque, made payable to British Trains.

All items sold are guaranteed for a period of twelve months from date of receipt, against manufacturing defects or faulty workmanship. Should you have a problem with any item ordered, please contact us first with details of the problem and if a replacement is necessary, we will refund the return postage costs. We are sorry, returns for any other reason, cannot be accepted.

Service and Repair for out of Warranty items, whether supplied by us or not.
There is a minimum charge of $15.00CAD plus the cost of any parts needed.
